All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Orders ship within 3-5 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays unless otherwise noted.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a lost or stolen package. Beautee Food Spices Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of customers.

Beautee Food Spices Co. charges you our carrier negotiated rates for shipping. We offer competitive pricing on our products and do not mark ups to cover shipping
